Reservation and payment
A 20% deposit reserves the trip. The remaining balance is due at the dock and may be paid by cash or credit card only. PayPal is not accepted. Each fisherman purchases a separate $12.50 USD fishing license.
Guest cancellation or no-show
Direct reservations are nonrefundable when the guest cancels or does not appear. The amount paid will remain as credit toward a future trip, subject to availability.
Port closure or unsafe weather
The captain makes the final safety decision. If the port closes or the captain cancels because conditions are unsafe, the guest may reschedule or receive the direct-booking deposit back.
Trip minimums
All trips are private. The published minimum charge for the selected trip must be paid for the boat to depart, even when fewer guests attend.
